A small step for humanity.

A massive step for technology!

Hey Mock-man! Let me introduce you to the DyNA-mic schedule of the day. I want to give you a scientific sneak-peek into what the future of social anthropology & molecular-biology science can present as new clues, in the highly ambivalent discussion, regarding the subject(ive)& unique cluelessness of our heritage: Us= the homo sapiens. A guided tour where we will take a look at remarkable DNA-compositions, billions of intelligent cells and our life-important strains of proteins.

Lets go?

This essay is rooted in the human ancestral heritage. Although the essay also ends up in the stigmatized scientific discussion regarding an unpredicted & slightly scary future of not knowing where we came from, belong or will end up.

I will introduce you to new biomolecular theories & social anthropological perspectives regarding human evolution. This using articles written by the Swedish journalist, author & anthropologist Karin Bojs. Bojs have been the most frequent writer on the subject of human evolution in Sweden since 1994. Her book “ Min europeiska familj: De senaste 54 000 åren” (2015) won the August price for its innovation and scientific research. I use her scientific articles “ Vi är en blandning invandrare”. A serie of ten articles where she keeps a critical & rather sarcastic discussion regarding the many “evolutionary” archeological findings, vague scientific proofs & hard criticism regarding the pseudo-science that created massive difficulties regarding race differences. Bojs also reveals new science regarding the subject of DNA & African evolution theory (Dagens Nyheter 20140427).

I will also introduce you to William Haviland, anthropologist/writer at University of Vermont Emeritus (Haviland “The human challenge” 2015).I will use his scientific discoveries & theories regarding the biological terms of; molecular clock, gene-mapping, proteins & human traces. This to seek answers on how to de-stigmatize racism and erase the white superior complexity that has been ruling our world with injustice.

The father (s) of Evolution theories will also be introduced. “Our” three scientific gentlemen with three different evolution theories. Darwin- The Evolution father, Mendel; the father of Genetics & The father of Botanist Linnaeus (Haviland:20164–1c-4–2).

ONENESS

Last but NOT least. Let’s open up our minds to the global rhetorical challenge of de-stereotyping false truths about superior races.

My essay is an attempt to acknowledge the dilemma regarding the pseudo-science that has been wrongly indoctrinated in our scholars until the mid 1900s (Haviland 2016:4–10).

An attempt to break the dogma taught of “the inequality between humans and races” with another perspective on human varieties & cultural heritage. A constructed race hierarchy around these biological differences & later separations that got confused somewhere along the road from Neanderthals & the modern human of contemporary times.

How can knowledge prevent de-evoluzion? A rhetorical challenge in contemporary society.

So who are we?

Maybe you´re already familiar with your gene flows values? or already are active; “sequencing genome testing”-yourself? or maybe have you experienced a DNA-mapping at your local doctor lately ?

No. I don’t reckon you have just yet.

The human species is known as Primate. In this category of primates, 375 species are declared (Haviland 2016:4–1). Primate is described as a “subgroup of mammals that also includes apes, monkeys, tarsiers, lorises and lemurs” (Haviland 2016:4–1). The 375 species range from 30 gram up to 200 kg.

To assure this categorization, a differentiation from the 10 million other species on earth, has to be done. Molecular biologists have, with new science, been able to determine the amount of DNA that modern Homo sapiens have incommon with other great apes. They can therefore separate the different species from another (i.bid). Thats how we now know that we are not apes, even if we act like them many times.

The human is a unique creation.

In each one of us we can; with help of modern technology, we nowadays can discover over a trillions of unique cells floating in our bodies. And if that was not complicated enough…

Then imagine yourself that each of these DNA cells contains approximately 23 pairs of chromosomes, two meters of DNA strings & approximately three billions of DNA-subunits. Added to this impressive list of human uniqueness we have to add about 20.000 genes to the summary of the “whole”. The various genes and cells are All with different codes for proteins as well. New science shows that Proteins performs the most of the human life functions (2016:4:2-c). “Proteins, in turn, constitute specific identifiable traits such as blood type. Our DNA provides the instructions for the thousands of proteins that keep us alive and healthy” (i.bid).

GENE MAPPING ANYONE?

So with new science the chances to find out your cultural heritage is getting more and more common. Some saliva on a stick and welcome to the future of knowing your real roots. “the sequencing of the human genome provided researchers with a complete genetic map of about 20,000 protein-coding individual genes. These genes, or gene clusters, are responsible for inherited features or traits. Although some traits (such as blood type) are monogenic (involving only a single gene), many traits (such as the color of eyes, skin, or hair) are polygenic, involving multiple genes.” (Haviland 20164–2).

Clues about your true origin and ancestors are hereby traced with “genetic-mapping”. One of the three innovations within human evolution science that was mentioned in the beginning of this essay.

Can you now see what I mean with unique?

Are we just random mutations?

Since 1900s scientists have understood the occurrence of “random genetic mutations” (Boys 2015). But they couldn’t really do anything about this mutation to continue to spread…. These vague methods to defend ourselves from random popping mutations leads my thoughts to the fiktive zombie world nation. Is it really fake?

New science can be scary in all senses. And why is that? I believe We are scared because we lack the knowledge about these new evolution theories & rapid developing technology that gave us the key to further information.

The term moral panic I guess most of us heard about. A syndrome that gives its alarm at every new technological overtake in historical times. New science creates doubts in society, fears and scarcity. We say No and no… and as science grow we change our minds to yes, yes & yes. Humanity seems to be a master to become lazy, settled and therefor delay evolution with modern comforts and impact of consumerism. With new science we can face fears more easy, knowing where we did come from, and soon maybe knowing where we go or flow.

Tick tack- the Molocular clock saved us?

So did we mutate to zombies?

What happens in a mutation is an abrupt change in the DNA & when this occurs the genetic message, carried by each cell, reacts by altering the genetic message. This new discovery became one of the most important scientific discoveries in our history. A Molecular change that later gave rise to phenomena of- the Molecular clock.

The importance of the molecular clock has revolutionized our understanding of human origin & biological evolution. With the advanced and powerful new microscopes and technique, humans where recently welcomed into a new world of scientific discoveries.

The complexity of being a living, modern Homo Sapiens, in a strongly mediated and rapidly expanding global society is growing bigger and more demanding, especially on the responsibility of the individual human to seek information regarding the body & mind.

I therefore want to highlight one importance of human evolution in context of (really) understanding the affection of our actions. We need to keep on moving to evolve.

Modern humans are members of the superfamily known as hominoid — the broad-shouldered tailless group of primates that includes all living and extinct apes and humans. (Haviland 2016:4–4)

And with this new science we hopefully can open up for more knowledge on how to solve our “de-evoluzionary lifestyle” in contemporary times. A behaviour feed by NOT knowing where the homo sapiens heritage really does come from…. and capitalism (..) With greater knowledge for the heritage past we can also become better in predicting the future and our contemporary time to find solutions for the evolving atmosphere we live in.

So Why are we still separated by color and race?

Still we talk about racism being a war against black & white, re, yellow and orange. Unfortunate these false hierarchy of race “truths” & scientific denial still exists in a world fostered by an overload of information. I guess it’s really time to stop close our eyes for the racism we encounter, almost daily.

We are all living organisms just like the nature around us and the only way to proceed forward is to think in the line of oneness. cause What we need to keep in mind:

  • Evolution would not take part if technological innovation has not introduced us to the discovery of personal “genome” identification. In this case we have a successful integration between man and machine. We learn from each other in the journey towards new truths and scientific results based on human evolution. Now it’s time for the humans to prove they can use the new discoveries & change many of thee bad behaviours we adapted during many years of consumerism, laziness and unawareness due to lacking of scientific research. The master of discoveries within the field is what was just mentioned. “The Personal genome identification”. This discovery revolutionized science in contemporary times. This tool is used to comparison with the same amount of DNA modern homo sapiens have with great apes, as mentioned above.

Gentic map= Future of science

To define better your cells belonging to various multi ethnic groups across the globe, your DNA-sequences are saved and compared. Clues about your true origin and ancestors are hereby traced with genetic-mapping. Since we are all are born with uniqueness.

THE Mother Land. Africa

Have you ever heard of these 3 evolution theories?

Here are some basic theories introduced to more understand where evolution theory started. A way in to the yet, blurred vision about our future and also historical ancestry belonging. Most of us who has been in elementary school heard about the …… (namn )Neanderthals. The chubby little grumpy man with a bat and a women in the hand. Pulling her hair. Joke aside. I did not register at any time in my school history that we did speak about the cousins, siblings and Neanderthal-mutations?

Caveman.

In this manner we do have many similarities with the monkeys . The great ape . Coming to racial questions and their absurd ignorance for scientific proof, we do come closer and closer to the intelligence of our art specific family. The Chim-Pa-ni-zeeeee.

Suddenly the Neandertals, (that most of us heard about. Known as our ancestors )got cousins, siblings and mutation related family around the globe. This discovery of family spreading everywhere is a relative new experience

New insight can become very scary in the wrong hands. But very positive for the future survival of humanity in space. (Karin Boye 2015) Its exciting! Broken tree as illustration she says with high sarcasm when talking about scientific failure. I understand why many people do doubt science.

The 3 Fathers

The English naturalist. aka “The father of evolution theory” Charles Darwin (1809–1882), cannot be excluded in the historic narrative regarding biological science. His contribution to evolutionary discovery is based on “Natural selection” which is described like this “The principle or mechanism by which individuals having biological characteristics better suited to a particular environment survive and reproduce with greater frequency than individuals without those characteristics.

This book of controversy that is based on religious doctrine have created a massive and ambivalent, yet ongoing discussion regarding this separation of the natural selection. Many scholars argue that it should be recognized as the most influential book of all times (Flood 2015:4–2a).

I do would like to citat Darwin as a wise reminder when time is consuming you instead of contributing to your rhythmic and transformable flow:

“We see nothing of these slow changes in progress, until the hand of time has marked the long lapses of ages, and then so imperfect is out view into long past geological ages, that we only see that the forms of life are now different from what they formerly were”

(Darwin 2007:53 i Haviland 2016:4–2a).

Next up is the Father of Genetics. This Roman catholic monk named Gregor Mendel (1822–1884) is known for his biological experiments & vegetable garden of his monastery in Brno in Czech republic. His interest in plant variation gave light to revolutionary discoveries. Mendel discovered that Units (later called genes)

Linneaus (1707–1778) (Haviland 2016:4–1c)the Botanical Father Linnaeus divided the human species into four major varieties, each with a distinct color. RACE= Variety=color

White is the most primitive colour of mankind; very easy for that to degenerate into brown- but very much more difficult for dark to degenerate into white” (Blumenbach 1865)

This is where the complex construction of when and why race(ism) began . Follow me down to the basement of this german doctor & naturalist. Blumenbach became recognized due to his collection of human skulls. He used his human graveyard to study the changes that reflects a biased perspective on human differences: differences that we today know as racist. Just as absurd this new knowledge appeared, just as absurd the racist thinking of the superior white race became. Is it not time to stop this graveyard nonsense?

Johann Blumenbach also known as the Father of biological anthropology introduced changes in the theory of human race as varieties. A theory Blumenbach got inspired from the Swedish botanist Linnaeus work “System of Nature”(1735).

Present day science takes distance to the biological concepts of race. Contemporary science focus on DNA.

With the new knowledge of Africa. Is it not time to stop the racist nonsense? Division between humanity should come in a democratic manner. Community building due to same interest and passions.

Why not varieties? Transnational thinking and diasporic belonging

As with all new science. What if it ends up in wrong hands? What if not. Maintain the coexistence and peaceful approach towards the differences of humanity. New collaborations forced by new labour systems and globalization will be discussed in next week’s edition about identity.

We are not like anyone else of us. There is no we and them. As Homo sapiens we are born without conception about who and what we are., that at least many scholars are willing to co-believe. And so do I. More recently the holistic focus, used and long practice within the anthropology discipline. Meaning including culture as a factor that shapes us. Got more recognition. Shaped by our cultural repertoire, surroundings, global truths and stories and biases Attributes that contributes to our creation as human-being.
